MASA KUMTA 2019 is a new project of “Brothers for Life” organization, joined by 18 partners of Canadian Jewish society and very successful and influential people. Some will say that they are a bit crazy, because their dream was to walk 90 kilometers in the desert like the IDF Paratroopers, with the whole rationale behind the trip contributing to the values of the organization in particular and the spirit of the State of Israel in general.

In honor of the mission, a special production and operational team was set up within the organization and together they planned, created activities, participated in battle stories and set out to the journey.

At the bottom line, 18 began, 18 finished, and after 4 long days in the desert, 18 Canadians and 20 other Israelis, wept with excitement on the top of Mount Masada.

The Brothers For Life foundation in Israel is a non-profit organization that promotes the lives of IDF soldiers and their families back to life. Gil Ganonyan was injured during a special operation when he served as a staff commander in the Duvdevan unit, and Gil decided to do something significant and helps for and IDF injured soldiers casualties.

Gil, Yaniv, Rabbi Chaim and many other wonderful people have opened a true and rare charity project, which is a community of people who gave their bodies, and no less important, their lives for the sake of the state.
