Welcome to International Conference on Robotics and Automation 2020

ICRA is the largest robotics meeting in the world, we aim to make the 2020 edition one of the most memorable. Paris, the city of lights, rightfully earned its nickname through its influence over Europe and the rest of the world in the role she played during the Enlightenment and many revolutions. She has been at the heart of research, innovation & higher education since the Middle Ages and is home to one of the Western world’s oldest universities, the Sorbonne, since the XIIth century.

We now cordially invite the international robotics community to this city with its long history, touristic fame and famous hospitality.

The year 2020 is also significant because it is the closing date of the Horizon 2020 Framework program. It’s the biggest EU Research and Innovation program ever, with nearly €80 billion in funding made available over a 7-year period, from 2014 to 2020. In collaboration with the Robotics Unit of the European Commission’s Science office, ICRA 2020 will provide an international forum for the presentation and discussion of the main scientific issues of our field, in the presence of leading researcher and innovative companies.

ICRA 2020 will undoubtedly be a highlight event for both Europe,IEEE/RAS and the robotic community worldwide.
