Yossi and Rivki Bar are married for over ten years and have been told that they will not have children of their own. They decided to take upon themselves the mission of abandoning children with Down Syndrome. Today, Yossi and Rivki fulfill the dream of parenting by adopting children with Down syndrome and are working to convince parents that they have the financial ability to care for their special children and not to leave them for foster families.
