Design is a funny word, because most people think that design means what it looks like, but if you dig deeper, you realize that design really is how it works. To design something really good, you have to figure out the end to the product. It takes commitment and dedication to understand something really thoroughly, you have to chew it, not just swallow it quickly. Most people do not spend the time it takes to do it.

One of my mantras is focus and simplicity. Something simple can be more difficult than something complex that needs to work hard to clear your mind and make it simple. But it’s worth it in the end because once you get there, you can move mountains.
